This service is used by MSP’s who do not have the resources to deploy latest technology and upgrades and migration for their end customers. Either the MSP’s resources are utilized in some other project or they just do not have the technology know-how; MSP Pro Service helps them to commit the technology project to the customer. MSP1 delivers this service in a seamless and transparent manner to the end customer with its project management and technology expertise.

Monitoring and alert review is a tedious task and even when you have a remote monitoring and management system to monitor the IT environment, one still needs to review the alerts that the tool sends. While alerts need to be reviewed, not all alerts need action and attention. Some alerts are for information, some need to be kept under observation for some time before any action need to be taken; while some need instant attention.

MSP1 understands this scenario and hence created a service offering called MSP-Watch. With this service, MSP1 engineers will monitor all the alerts at the MSP end customer, filter those on the basis of priority and attention required, create a ticket and either assign the ticket or telephonically escalate the alert to the MSP, as required. With this MSP can relocate their engineers on other key functions of the business, while still having a service in the form of MSP1 to monitor, filter and alert them, 24 X 7 X 365.

This service aids the MSP/reseller in managing the entire IT operations for his business. In this MSP1 not only monitors but reviews alerts and troubleshoots them direct; keeping MSP updated on the IT Infrastructure status. With remote monitoring and management technology, IT Infrastructure can be “Proactively” managed remotely 95% of the time. There are certain tasks that need onsite support and MSP1 escalates the MSP accordingly to execute such tasks on site.
